(100% saccharomyces cerevisiae), 30% apple pomace and 30% beet slices, which are bound to each other in a gentle drying process. This is what makes Leiber YeaFi®
products unique. Because of the high proportion of soluble and insoluble dietary fibres from apple pomace and beet slices, the product has a positive effect on the intestinal health of the poultry. For example, the colonisation of food pathogens can be prevented by lowering the pH value. At the same time, the real brewers’ yeast has an adhesive effect on salmonella.
