Brewers‘ yeast cell walls
Leiber-CeWaFerm® are purified cell walls rich in beta-glucans, lipids and mannoproteins. The cell walls can be used in wine production. It’s added during the fermentation process in order to absorb unwanted by-products from the fermentation culture. It’s also suitable for reactivating the wine fermentation by providing essential and cell-protecting ingredients, thus avoiding delay or premature stagnation of a fermentation.
