The Leiber Veaty® Colour extract is neutral in taste and shows an intense brown colour. It is a pure, natural brewers’ yeast extract, which allows clean labelling. This extract also can be used as E-number free alternative to caramel colour. Depending on the applied dosages a variety of typical brownish, meaty-like looks can be achieved when working e.g. with TVP’s.
