Veaty® - Taste Profiles: Body Notes

Leiber Veaty® Body Note (BN) range is solely based on natural brewers’ yeast extracts, which allows clean labelling. A specific strength of brewers’ yeast extracts is to make taste profiles like –cooked beef, roast beef stock, roast chicken, lamb, etc. – which promote robust body notes in the final product. These body notes impart “basic tastes” according to the labelled profiles.

Dosage

  • 0.5 - 3.5 % on d. m.; in case of TVPs, according to the preparation recommendation
